This is our IPA, from Cabo da Roca the next stop is the United States so we use that influence to mix European barley with American hops. Citra hops provide the grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit background to this classic India Pale Ale (IPA). To enjoy on its own, with grilled meats, especially pork dishes.
